Log in to your profile, navigate to “Complete Profile,” and fill in all mandatory fields, including educational and professional details. Upload relevant documents for verification.
The Seven Star Services provides standard templates for Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Refund Policy under the “Resources” section of your dashboard. You can download and customize them as per your business.
Transactions
Payments made to your account can be recorded automatically via The Seven Star Services. You can also manually update transactions from the “Payments” tab in your dashboard.
No, The Seven Star Services does not charge extra for processing refunds. Refunds are subject to the payment gateway and settlement timelines.
The transaction section shows all payments received, pending, refunded, or failed. You can filter by date, status, or payment method for easier management.
To initiate a refund, go to “Transactions,” select the payment, and click “Refund.” Follow the instructions. Refunds are processed according to the bank or payment gateway timelines.
Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard provides a complete overview of your profile, applications, saved jobs, transactions, and notifications—all in one place.
Use the left-hand menu to access different sections like Profile, Jobs, Applications, Transactions, and Support. Quick links on the top bar help access recent activity.
Ensure your profile is complete and active. Check the “Notifications” tab and your registered email/SMS for updates. Contact support if you face persistent issues.
Yes, all security and PCI compliance certifications are available in your account under “Settings > Security & Compliance.”
